Fall is a perfect time for a road trip.  Since our favorite camping spaces were  filled, Mom decided to rent a cottage ( we do this a lot if we are staying any length of time).  She located one outside of Eureka Springs close to Beaver Lake.  It was called Meringue Cottage and we knew why the minute we opened the door-we were immersed in vanilla.  ~ Indy and Lucy
