Door County Scottie Rally celebrates its sixteenth year, May 20 and 21, in Bailey’s Harbor, WI. The mail in registration forms were posted on the web site( http://www.doorcountyscottierally.com) yesterday with a discount for those who send theirs in prior to March 15. Activities include a garden stone work shop, a paint-n-sip class, barn hunts, auctions and races. Ultrasounds and micro-chipping also can be scheduled. Sessions in canine training or private consultations will be available from Jody Hergert-Andresen of Pawsitive Directions and Training, Oshkosh, WI. Did we mention a parade?
Who doesn’t love a parade especially of Scots? Join us if you can for fellowship, fun and fundraising to support the rescue and health of our Scottie breed. Hope to see you there. ~ Indy and Lucy
Thanks for the link ! Mama printed out the registration form, and your Mom’s instructions/advice. Mama knows we want the Ultrasound. We are going to have fun deciding on our other activities…and we will get to meet you! Will I need to bring my kilt…could you ask your Mom ?

Why does all fun stuff have to be so far away and why can’t I like car rides.
Aroo to you,

We are sorry you don’t like car rides. Pet Essences can help with that. We used them when we first started traveling. They are natural, made from flowers like chamomile. http://www.petessences.com

Maybe I’ll fly there and perch in a tree to avoid the entry fee.

We are too far away in CA! We are stuck way at the Western edge of da USA. Please take lots a pics, and please show us. We loves a Scottie in uniform! Nuthin’ better than Scottie in Kilts—it’s pure heaven, esp when the 2 perfectest Scotties are wearing them! Have a lot o’ FUN, you lucky Scotties!
Wish we were going,
Riley-Puppie and Tessie-Girl
P. S. Where is Door County? Is it close to where you live?

It’s a grand experience. It is in Wisconsin which is a 16 hour drive. We break it up into two days.

Awww, dat’s great! Do Indy and Lucy behave demselves on da trip? Do they travel in individual car seats or in a kennel crate or Commando style? You must have it down pat after going for several years—right? Do they “act up” and not sleep well in a motel/hotel? We hope Indy’s tummy is all well now!
Please take lotsa pics, ‘K?
Bon Voyage, you travelin’ Scots! Hoot-mon!

We are great travelers. You don’t hear a peep from us in the car. We behave well In hotels. Mom says we act better when we travel than we do at home.

That sounds like so much fun. The thought of traveling with the three is enough to give me pause.

I don’t know if I can come because of the new stoopid Golden that is supposed to be at the Institute by then. However, the Institute will be accepting visitors if anyone wants to stop in.
