The Parade of Ornaments was off
to an early start this year. #1, the number means nothing except it was first listed, came from a card shop on Etsy filled with nostalgic holiday items, cherrysjubileecards. Mom loves handmade.
She also loves Scotties and crescent moons. #2 is available on ebay in different colors. Google Scottie Christmas ornaments. 🙂
#3 also found on ebay…who doesn’t love a bobblehead? 🙂
Mary Engelbreit (online) had several new ornaments with a beach theme this year. Hailing in at #4, this is one of several.
#5 is a gift from our friends Patricia Bonnel and Sir Achille. It is one a trio, painted by Manna Nelson, which include one for Lucy and the first Scottie, Sophie too.
This precious one is from Barbra Brandt. The Scotties look like Indy and Lucy; don’t you think?
This is Santa’s Senior Moment…he has lost his sleigh and Scottie is helping him look. #7, Mom identifies. BOL.
This cute ice skating Scottie came from our Kansas pals, Gordon and Gillis and their pawrents, Mary and Larry Lauber. #8
Here are Indy and Lucy again at #9. Handmade clay ornaments from an Etsy shop and a gift from Lulu Belle, her mom Judy and the rest of the Mudgett clan.
#10 was purchased at Seasonal Concepts and #11 was found online at Campbell’s Scottish terriers. Mom says it is always a go to place for Scottie ornaments and other good Scottie things as well.
Painted by Manna Nelson, a gift from Leah McIntosh and her Mac is #12. There is one for Lucy too. Mom loves the gold color and the snow effect. ♥
Hope you love our parade. There’s still more to come. ~ Indy and Lucy
So many different kinds of Scottie ornies! We are tickled to pieces that you shared them with us! Mum is NUTS about all things SCOTTIE, so she is gasping and oooh-ing and awwwww-ing all of these! Thank you so much for showing them to us and for giving us the sources! Mum says you are a wealth of information, and she is still in awe at your Mum’s decorating skills! Indy and Lucy, looks like you’re getting all decked out for Christmas and Santy Paws!
Lots of kisses and licks,
Riley-Puppy and Tessie-Girl

Thanks. It is amazing how many Scottie ornaments are out there each Christmas. Mom, as you know, really likes the homemade type

There is a burlap and red tartan poinsettia that is surrounded by red tartan and red squiggly stick things. Mom says Pier 1.

So magical! Mama likes themes in ornaments too. She is debating on bringing out her Patricia Breen stuff which has nothing to do with Scotties, but still very fun.

Red tartan is our theme this year and probably in years to come.

It’s hard for us to get in the spirit. It’s going to be 75 and sunny today (again).
