Thank you for your thoughts and prayers about Grand PaPa. They are still doing testing so we don’t know anything conclusive yet.
Mom has fixed me some tasty treats and I have helped her in the yard.
Yesterday a bunny ran straight over Mom’s foot. It was faster than a road runner. We were both stunned. We also found a 6 inch snake skin. It was as round Mom’s little finger. It’s probably kin to the one Brother ate last summer. I love that story.
I get massages in the afternoon after a hard morning’s work. Brother has been no help except if you count patrolling. Have a good weekend. ~ Lucy

Glad to hear your Grand PaPa is doing OK. Mom says the tests will never stop now though (We think shes had some experience or something with tests). We used to help with the yard work but we just watch now, something about being older….

Lucy – Yard work, yard work – it never ends. Though Mama does not ask me to, I search for chipmunks, moles and Chinamen in our back yard. I will admit the excavation is grueling with our sizzling hot temperatures this week, but I would do anything to hear Mama holler “GO LULU GO!! GIT THAT CHIPMUNK! GOOOOD GIRL”. Most males are not helpful in times of trouble. It must be genetic. Neurotic mom is still upset about the snake references. She found a huge skin in the flower bed. It might have been from the big black snake near the air conditioner. She never found these things in Brooklyn.
