Sister, come quick! I see a squirrel.
Are those Scotties nuts? Of course I mean that in the nicest possible way. After all, this is my tree.
Noooooo, he is making a jump for another tree….one giant leap for squirrelkind. I heard him say as he jumped out of sight: ” A squirrel’s gotta do what a squirrel’s gotta do.” What kind of trash talk is that? ~ Indy
The squirrels around here do not run they sit up high in the trees and break branches off and throw them down at me and then they say take that you Scottie. OH the SHAME of it.

The squirrels in Kentucky are deplorable. They can see us looking through the window, looking through the fence….looking, waiting….and Mama says they give my brother, sister and me the same gesture as people who use a finger to express road rage. I have no idea what she means, but I know she feels our frustration because more than once I have heard her holler “You little S______s!!!” at them…. Lulu Belle.

Sounds like they are related to the ones I have in my back yard.

Squirrels are so yesterday for me…now I am chasing those horrible, big, blackbirds..yeech, they eat roadkill…..Mama has to spot them before I do, then brace herself so I don’t yank her off her feet….

Yesterday, I jumped in the air and almost caught a blue jay. Birds better not fly too low over my space. We don’t have blackbirds that big unless you’re talking about a crow.

Mom says that one of her arms is going to get longer because we always yank her when we see a squirrel. Is that possible?

Stretching is good exercise.

The Mater sez yes…her arms can get stretched…but if you launder her in hot 🌵 water, they will shrink back. Just spread them out gently and push back into shape…..
