We have had a busy week which began with a visit from our friends, Nikko and Jolie and their Dad.
Mom planned next year’s garden and
found a silly app.
I helped in the yard.
I got a massage.
This morning when we woke up, it had rained a little. The birds were very thankful. The hummingbirds engaged themselves in aerial combat on our porch where we maintain four feeders. They chatter at us constantly. Can you see it? XOXO ~ Indy and Lucy
What are the hummers saying?

Hummers are one of Mum’s favorite–she loves their zoom-zoom sound when they hover really closely to her, and do circles around her when she is out in da garden–like dey is surveying an “alien being”, and trying to figure what to make of it!
We love da pics of your visitors, (dey is so cute!), and da darling one of Lucy “Helping” around da yard. Mum went NUTS about her tall ears in her pic, (Mum loves dos ears), and of Indy getting a massage. Dey are so adorable—(mum did a nose dive to da floor).
Thank you for sharing your week wiff us, We LOVE da great pictures!

You’ve all been busy little bees I can see. Oh those dreaded pine needles, cones, gum, yellow dust….I am SO glad I don’t have to put up with that any longer. We I bought our first house, it was brand new and built on spec. The builders had removed 112 pine trees from our yard, but our neighbours still had all of theirs. which gave us endless trouble. Great for acid loving plants but that’s all, except they look very pretty…….from a distance. Good luck with the planting. We had a tiny bit of rain last night and just after I heard the first cricket. Give it a week and the frogs in the green belt behind our complex will be in full voice.
