Although Mom does not collect much due to our small space, she does have a few in addition to the Christmas ornaments. She loves Boyd pie vents.
There aren’t many so that makes it even better. For the last year they have been in the front room tv console; yesterday she decided to move them to the Scottie office.
It was a perfect fit. Of course, we supervised the whole thing. ~ Indy and Lucy

These are retired. The colbalt blue one was in a basket I won in the silent auction at the rally last year. That started it. Thanks.

This was a surprise to me as well. Didn’t know Boyd even had these! Collecting is such fun! It’s all about the hunt! The way you’ve displayed them is great!

your mama is on the cutting edge of everything. First that painting app that took everyone by storm and now this. she’s like the little ant that leaves the nest and finds stuff, brings it back, and the rest of us in the colony can now go out and find.

We are going the chorus on the pie vents…..so typically clever of your Mom ! Love seeing the Scottie things we have in common too….Mama sez it’s a small world after all (but I think someone else said that first….hmmmmm).

We give a paw bump. Mom likes how you have the colors arranged and on the red shelf you painted awhile back. She thinks she sees a little ME snow globe on the shelf too….she is smiling looking at it all.

Your office is very stylish! How does a pie vent work? We have never heard of them. Mom doesn’t bake much. She is more of a “cooker”.

The first time I really baked anything without hands on help, I was seven. I have enjoyed baking ever since, I even won a big pie contest once, best in show and taste. But… I have never heard of a pie vent. I poked around online only to find they are practical and some down right adorable. You have a very nice collection there, help mom take care of it!

I did not know that there was such a thing as pie vents. Pie has never been a favorite of mine. It usually does not involve chocolate. You room is fantastic.
