Our week has been a busy one. We had a short visit from our Sissy. She is changing jobs and moving to Denver. She will still be in ER but a Trauma 1 hospital.
Notice I am checking out the chips on the counter. BOL.
I love to look out the window. Mom lowers the recliner in an attempt to avoid accidents. 🙂
Dad made another whirlygig. The Scottie is stationary on this one. Mom is going to paint the Scottie.
The opening ceremony of the Olympics was impressive. We are ready to cheer the nations on.
We want to give a thank you to Abby Gardner and her folks for sending us these cool bandanas from Michigan.
Flowers are looking great even though the temps have been 109 F most of the week.
We still manage to get some outside play time in the early am.

Love all of these. I am now ssssso far behind in reading them all I’ll just have to take it slowly so that I can have a good look at them all. Love the Olympic bandana and so nice to meet sissy. Talking of ER. I had to have a top molar tooth pulled yesterday and the dentist had to do a bit of digging to get it out as it had broken off right down to the gum. I never slept last night and have tried having a snooze today, but I just can’t fall asleep. I feel as though I might just be able to have forty winks now. My eyes keep wanting to close. Catch you next time.

109!!! Ay-ay-ay!!! That is horrible! Are you having higher temps than usual?
Our really way over 100 temps will start in Sept! Not looking forward to that esp with all the fires going on!
