Happy Birthday Queen Elizabeth!!! It’s the birthday of my mommas granny today too… When she was a little girl a lot of people said Oh you have a royal birthday-twin. And the granny said: yep, but not the royal gifts :o(

We’re sending Birthday wishes 🎂 across the pond to Queen Elizabeth too and salute her for being a much revered and beloved Queen. Her lifelong love and devotion to her adorable corgis 🐶 🐾 is something to really admire! Having dogs in our lives is such a pleasure indeed!

I wondered about that as well. However, I read today that Pembroke Welsh corgis was the favorite breed of her father, George VI, and he brought one home in 1933. On Elizabeth’s 18th birthday, her parents gave her Susan, her first corgi, who she actually took on her honeymoon in 1947! Imagine that!
