I love this sweater. Despite the turtleneck, it is very easy on and off. It also contours to my body and is very warm. Mom liked it so well she bought a purple one just like it. She has the shopping philosophy that if you find something that fits buy more than one. Oh she got this years ago at the Baby D Holiday Market on Etsy but does not see it in stock at this time.
Manna Nelson knitted this one. How cute is it with the Scottie and the snowflakes? I love her sweaters. Manna is multi-talented. She painted the personalized Scottie Christmas ornaments we received this year from Leah and Pat. Need a winter hat? She knits those too. You can message her( Manna Nelson) on FB or her FB page “Crazy Knitting by Scotties Mom”. You will not be disappointed. ~ Lucy
You look bootiful 😊

Love the sweaters! McDuff also has a red one made by Chilly Dog that I got on Ebay that looks exactly like the one in the first picture. It is 100% wool, 🐑 is easy to put on/take off and keeps his chest and belly warm! I bought an olive green one also. He has more sweaters and coats than I do!
The other sweater is so adorable, is it wool? I am not on FB, is there any other way to contact Manna Nelson?

I was wondering about the Chili Dog sizing. What size did you get? Indy and Lucy are a bit more than small but not quite a medium. I don’t like a long sweater on them….Their Mom LOL…Trish

I buy the medium – McDuff is about 28 lbs and it’s a perfect fit. I’ve hand washed them, rolled them up in a towel, then air dried. They have a green one, not a cable stitch, however, with a shamrock on it that I want to get. Soon I will have to hang his things in my closet!

That helps. Indy and Lucy are smaller Scotties. In a pet store they wear like a 14 and that is considered a medium but a med chili would be too big.

Love red on any color Scottie. I made a purple one last year and Shelby put a hole in it the first time that she wore it. I have a pattern if any one is interested in knitting.

Can she make sweaters with holes for my wings?

Can a bird fly?

Certainly I can fly but I don’t know if I can if my wings are in a straight jacket of a sweater.

Glad I don’t have that problem.

Lucy – Mama says she sees the publication of a most fashionable Scottie magazine in the future with YOU on the cover. To date, she has not come up with a name for this newest read to hit the market………………………Later, Lulu Belle

Abby has the same red turtleneck. We got it direct from Sir Hamish’s mom before he passed. We love it too & it washes nicely. You look very smart in yours’!

Thanks, guys. Guess you don’t have much need for sweaters where you live.

You’re right about not needing sweaters here in So. CA. For the past 4 years it’s been very hot inland—some days in the high 90’s in the so-called winter. This year, Thank God, Starting in December, we have had cool weather going down to 40 at night some nights and only in the 60’s in the daytime. We also got 2 rain showers that were substantial, due I guess to “EL Nino”. They keep saying we will get a deluge but not yet. We were so happy it cooled down in Dec, ‘cuz it had been Hellishly hot from Aug through Nov. 2015. Inland it was up into the very high 90’s every day, and would not cool down at night like it usually did before the drought. It is very much a desert inland in most of CA, but it had not been as hot as in the past 4 years and especially in 2015. They say we haven’t had enough rain yet in all of CA to offset the drought, but at least there has been more snow pack in the high Sierras which will buy us more time before the water wars escalate. Drought and Famine, the 2 great threats to Peace in the world. Famine usually follows drought. I wonder if California refugees would have as hard a time as other refugees today?
Mum loves Scottie sweaters and raincoats, and she bought 2 identical ones on EBay that are from Harrod’s. Plaid, of course. We have not worn them yet because it has not been that cold!
We love all of your Scottie wardrobe! It is so amazing, and of course the models are to die for! Mum’s heart can’t take the cuteness!! Wanna just kiss dem allllll over!
