When Sister was about three months old her ears started to lift and Mom said it was her ‘Flying Nun’ stage. They hovered there for a while and then one came up and eventually the other. The ear lifts were an exciting time for Mom and Dad. I thought, for pet’s sake, they are just ears; I’d had mine since day one practically. ~ Indy

Indy, you are clearly an exceptional boy..be nice to SIster…she can’t help it if you are way ahead of her developmentally and behaviorally. Of course, we are not giving her permission to boss you around! XX Your Pal Skyler B

Lucy, you’ve done it again. Amazing! This is off the track (consider the source) but one of the stripes in your outfit is a near match to the upholstery. So important for a photo shoot. Love you. Ms. Judy.

PS My dear, darling Lulu’s 5-year-old ears are still at, shall we say, half-mast. But it has not changed my love for her one iota. I just secretly wish (from time to time) she had that icing on the cake for the look of a real Scottie such as you, Indy and Skyler. Alas.

Mom loved it when my ears were down and especially when only one was up. Ears do not a Scottie make.
